Rooms a great size and hotel close to monorail. On the edge of the golden triangle but we knew that and you were able to walk to more local areas. Shopping centre across the road pretty bad. If the shops weren't vacant and closed down they soon will be. Cleaning of rooms interesting. Ours did not get cleaned until aprox 4 pm daily. Restocking was an issue. EG toilet paper not restocked meaning we had to ring for toilet paper. Couldn't use tissues as they weren't re stocked either. Floors not vacuumed often which was obvious as we had dropped crumbs. Swimming pool nice and not busy meaning you could always get a lounge. Pool personal did not pick up peoples plates in a timely manner and we often had to sit at chairs which still had peoples meal plates and glasses there. One time they were not removed in the 3 hrs we were at the pool
superb.. the breakfast was good and the greetings make you feel welcome
