Felt terrible when checked into golf course view room, smelly, no fridge, window & curtain stuck, no cover on toilet bowl flash tank, dirty at window and balcony. Worse, reception even bluffed us that no fridge in all the room. Asked for room change and the room has a fridge and cleaner environment. Staff have to make sure rooms are ready before guest check-in.
