Not much was right about my stay. I had stayed at this hotel before, and thought to try it again. They have an agreement with a local gym, where the hotel guests can use the facilities... fees are included in our room rate. I queried this at time of check-in, and was informed the gym is undergoing renovations, and there are no alternate facilities available. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, and had I known, I would have considered alternative hotels. I had booked a room with king bed. Upon arrival, the form I signed also mentioned king bed, but when I entered my room, it had 2 single beds. I called the reception who advised they can get me a different room. When I went to reception, I was advised that sometimes these things happen, and as all other king bed rooms were booked, they could give me a room on ground floor... with the plan to move again to higher floor the following day. I agreed to the plan, only to realize the room on ground floor was next to an outdoor entertainment area... and so keep my windows and blinds closed, unless I want people looking in. Anyway, it was only for 1 night. The next day I packed up and moved to a higher (guest) floor. For the rest of my visit, my room was not cleaned. After the first day (11Dec) in room with king bed, I thought maybe it was just an oversight. On the second day (12Dec), I had returned back to room after 17:00, and it was not cleaned. I mentioned it to reception, who said they will inform room service. Room service knocked on my door, and I informed them that I was tired, and it would be fine if they cleaned the next morning. On the third day (13Dec), I returned to my room after 21:00, and the room was not cleaned. Also I spotted 2 cockroaches on the walls. I mentioned this to reception (it was now their night shift), and I was told they will highlight it to room service. But nothing would happen overnight. As I was leaving the next day (14Dec). It will be the last time I stay here.
