It is new hotel and new staff who need sometimes to get familiar with hotel operations. The size of the room was fine but the cloths cabinet design was terrible. It was wrongly designed that was not practical to use. When closing one side of the cabinet door, it gets open by its self. All the tables drawers were hard to open. The bathroom was very small. But there was inside storage for all the towels that was advantage. The entire lighting work electronically but there was no guide to learn how it works and the old people or those with poor vision can not see the sign of the switches buttons. It was confusing and complicated. Sometimes they do not work and on what basis are programmed to work. We didn't know that there was a button to press to clean the room, so it was not cleaned. The housekeeper doesn't have a check list to follow. This was resulted into forgetting to put tissues, bathroom slippers and some towels. It was easy to hear the conversation of the other room quests clearly through the closed connected door. All the above was during my stay and my room only. May be not other rooms and other housekeepers. My aim behind all the above observations is for the hotel management to look into all these uncomfortable issues and do something about them. But as an overall, the hotel was good.
