We were upgraded to the suite with a small fee got a 270 degree panoramic view of the lake facing the bled island and the bled castle; absolutely breath-taking it was recently renovated so everything looked brand new located very conveniently, 5 min walk from the lake, 10 min walk from the bus station huge pools with multiple functions great for families with kids, got spa as well had dinner once at the pool side restaurant, strawberry sorbet with the bled cake was delicious
We enjoiyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The spa facilities were excellent - we were so happy with our massages that we ended up booking a second massage each. The bedroom was modern and clean with a lovely lake view. Some other areas of the hotel looked a little old and tired, and could do with redecorating soon.
