We were downgraded on our first night and asked for room with shower not over bath, they did not give us this request and we had to wait till 2pm the next day before being able to shower safely. Quite a few of the staff were very rude and not accommodating it took at least 8 different staff members or more before we could change rooms. We were even looking to extend our stay but were not accommodating. Never returned calls and ignored calls, were difficult to get correct information. The beds were sunken and not very comfortable. A good location and some nice beach views but not much else.

room was neat and tidy however no aircon or heating...
beautiful location with good facilities and very private. ver clean hotel. lovely food with great service.
