The staffs are friendly but not helpful ...at all. I asked for a hair dryer, they told me they'd bring it up which they never did. I tried to ring the front desk, no answer. I went downstairs and asked them again. They told me that they ran out. Really?! I couldn't imagine a so-called 3 star hotel could run out of hair dryer! And yes, air conditioning was crap. Also when we arrived, only one of the two lifts was working. And when we were leaving at 4:45am to catch a morning flight, guess what, none of the lifts was working! We were at the top floor and had to walk down the stairs. Overall, clean rooms, crap air conditioning, useless staff, you're on your own. If you're looking for a bed to crash for the night, there you have it.
