service management was so bad
Overall the stay was very good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the view from the room was spectacular and the layout and spacious area is excellent. It can be a little warm in the restaurant and bar as it is open to the outside and only fans keep it cooler. The only reason I did not give this hotel an excellent is because of the chaos I experienced on departure. There are a lot of people departing at the same time leaving for the airport. Shuttle buses pull up on an ongoing basis and it is a free-for-all as to who gets on. The gentleman in front of me was told the bus was full and asked to take his wife and two children off the bus as it was a lot for her to handle alone. He was completely ignored and the bus was sent without him. I would have gladly paid for an alternate ride but was informed there were none. A simple ticket numbering system would stop the chaos. Alternatively, take the bags in order, as they are already lined up outside and call the passengers accordingly. It’s a pity to have the last memory of a place be the only below standard item.
