The check-in process took me around 45 minutes, And after check-in when i went to the room the Airconditioning wasn’t working . i ask the maintenance team to solve the issue and they said there is some kind of maintenance going on and it’ll be solved within an hour. i waited for 4 hours in a hot hotel room but the Airconditioning issue wasn’t solved.i was forced to checkout and find another hotel room. overall a very bad experience. The staff was very rude as well. never going back to this hotel.
