Firstly, we had arranged airport transport which never showed up, and we had to speak ok the phone 4 times (high roaming costs) without any solution or apology. Secondly, upon sleeping we got very itchy (one of us got rash) we discovered the bedcover had bugs moving visibly, which we filmed and showed to the reception, they were shocked but didn't do much. Lastly we ordered dessert at the restaurant which had a hair and had to return it. The hotel staff is very unfriendly and don't care much, possibly due to high turn over. The hotel lacks proper hygiene. The swimming pools get extremely crowed with people lying on the floor.
