Nice hotel booked a room which was large and comfortable nice bed. Plenty off clean towels but pool should have running water .Nice friendly staff.
Received a warm, friendly welcome from Rhea at Reception... she was courteous and answered questions professionally. Shams Pool Bar needs more umbrellas in summer and also fly resistant methods for outdoor dining.
hotel is well maintained, comfortable beds with pillows menu.
Our stay was awesome. Very relaxing and the hotel service was great. Fun activities in and around the hotel.
Good service, friendly personnel, quick response to additional requests, nice and clean rooms. Due to rain the restaurant was crowded, but problem was properly solved by opening adjacent Italian restaurant.
