we arrived 2 hours earlier than recommended check in time and the receptionist was so lovely - she gave us a room on the 4th floor with a view of the BT tower straight away so we didn't need to leave our luggage in the storage room. the room was v comfortable and quiet with a spacious en suite bathroom. My daughter used the fitness room, free of charge to guests, although small, met all her needs plus had fresh water and fruit for guests. breakfast next morning was delicious with a choice of cold and hot.
