I booked this online from Australia to treat my niece to a night out in the city. I choose a 2 bedroom suite so she could have her own room and not have to sleep side by side in one room. To say we were both disappointed is an understatement. The second room was more box like and small. The balcony was small and overlooked the noisy Tinakori bypass. The TV tucked away in an alcove which was tiny and awkward to watch. It is a walk up the road and across the street to another hotel that takes you into the city center. This is close to the Cable car and we enjoyed the Botanical Gardens while we waited for our room to be ready. I did get a discounted deal online but the room looked alot more tired than what I perused on the website. For the money I definitely would have been better of paying for an apartment on the Gold Coast for the same price and not have been disappointed. Overpriced and underwhelming I'm afraid is my honest review of this hotel.
