staff weren't welcoming, they did not advise me when I book nor when I called to confirm my book one week prior that there would be no parking so I had to pay $273 parking at a seperate location. we also had to ask for more towels, glasses and toiletries as we didn't have enough. the room was also nothing like it looked in the photos when I booked, it was much smaller and had less amenities. this would be the worse experience I've had ever staying in Melbourne.
