The foyer / reception area was beautiful, all polished wood, nice and clean. Very pleasant reception staff. However, once in the lift and up to the first floor it was an entirely different story. Badly Stained hallway carpet, room door that looked like it had been attacked with a battling ram. There were holes in the plaster in every wall, every cupboard door was scored and scratched. The window was hardly sealed in, and quite draughty. The room carpet had a large stain in the walkway to the door. Felt very uncomfortable in the room and decided to leave, supposed to spend 4 nights there but could not even spend one night in it. The Grand Mildura appears to have lost its Grandness :(
