Disappointing. Due to staff shortage room was not cleaned regularly. Breakfast was horrible, having to queue and things like butter was not restocked due to stock shortage. Food too was in short supply. Reception staff lacked knowledge and not helpful. Extention of my stay was not recorded despite me telling the staff and had to remind them twice.

service was good. room was tiny old and dirty
Rooms is dirty. Water either too hot or too cold. Water pressure is not strong. All in all, room is shabby. Wallpaper in the corridor peels off.
