1. Thin wall so you can hear every single word, caught, snoring etc of your neighbors. 2 . Cosy rooms so even don't have place for second bedside table. No space for suitcase. 3. Good sized swimming pool. 4. Rocky beach and no enter to the sea during low tide. 5. Located 10 min walk to the restaurant/shopping street, 15 min to the party area. During low tide 5 min to the party area by beach. So not quiet area at all.
