I didn't like that late check in time - but the late check out time is nice We arrived into Melbourne a few hours earlier than expected - it would have been nice for them motel to try to get us in earlier to our room - we got back to the motel at 2-30 and it still wasn't ready - the gentleman at the counter said he would see if there was anything else ready - they had a larger room ready on a higher floor and offered that to us which was nice the location was ok and within walking distance to a few different sites the pool and spa area was nice a big but the water was really cold the service was average - we seemed to be an imposition to them when we asked questions or even if it was possible to get the room a bit earlier - we got into Melbourne 4 hours earlier than expected
