Reception did the bare minimum of their job, the floor in the room was so sticky (guessing the cleaners used too much floor cleaner) we had to wear the provided slippers or socks the entire time, the bed was excruciatingly firm and I woke up all night with pains in my hips and back from the discomfort. The air conditioning is dusty and gross. The room has scuff marks all on the walls, the tea and coffee was not adequately stocked, the towels were old and threadbare, and the soap/shampoo provided was watered down to the point it was unusable. The breakfast was exceedingly ordinary. The only good thing about this place is the location, the rest of the stay was pretty bad and I wish I'd spent a little more on something better.
Great location. Convenient to sights and subway.
