over all stay was good except break fast arrangement and items were poor
At check in time I was forced to pay a deposit when it was not part of the deal at time of booking. Most of other hotels I stayed, the deposit was not forced to pay. The hotel treat all the guests as they might run away. So, the people on budget have to take this into consideration and budget AED100 per night for this deposit. secondly, they could not locate my booking at the beginning and I had to wait. Then they did not have enough rooms and I was given a room facing two big building construction with 24 hours work on, with noise of ready mix cement truckters that I wad not able to sleep. In fact, I did ask for noise free location but didn' t do. I stayed in this hotel several times and I will stay more as I don't want to blame the hotel because of some staff behaviour.
