Fantastic experience.. I called and spoke to a lady called Erin to say it was my husbands birthday during our stay and coukd she arrange anything soecial. She immediately offered an upgrade to an incredible room with fantastic views over the city of Leeds. The room was huge and absolutely spotless. After round half an hour a knock at the door created another lovely surprise, a delicious chocolate torte with a fruit platter.. Fabulous! The room had a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, a bath, a modern sofa, the works! The bed was huge and very comfy. All the staff on reception were really friendly. The location to the train station was superb, just a 5 minute walk. Can not recommend this hotel enough.
