Nice Hotel, staff only partially at the level of the presumed star rating, my room was big and nice, but resly far away from the main building/restaurants. After going to bed and falling asleep I heard a massiv noise/disturbance in the room just next to my bed and jumped out of bed, totaly shocked and discovered that the heavy ceiling to floor curtain had fallen down! I called reception and asked for so,done to fix the problem, as to much light would come in without the curtain at sunrise.This is, when I saw that no bathing robe/s where there for me to wear waiting for the maintenance person. Next morning, looking at the curtain that came falling down a second time when I opened them, I found the curtain has been hanged up only temporarily from start on - using plastic zip tight only, what obviously was not strong enough to hold the weight of the curtain. I sent pictures of my finding to the management and described my adbenture during my one night stay - I did not get any reply! Improves with handling such a feedback by the Management and with the standards of room maintenance are needed in the Outrigger Bel Ombre, no doubt about this!
