overall small room but very well appointed and very very clean.
Suitable for couple without children and business people. Location is a fair bit of walk from Gaimae Station. We booked for superior twin but told got upgraded to bigger bed ( I think everyone got updgade with the bed as I overheard other people checked in as well). Room so small 18m2 ( may be like any other Tokyo hotel). When booking hotel in Tokyo pay attention to the room size advertised. When we complained staff offer us an upgrade for an additional cost. The staff was really friendly and helping us get a room that suits us. Finally, we chose the room on level 15 and in the corner. Room is very decent and got separate toilet from the bathroom. Amazingly has walk in robe as well. Loving the room now after upgrade.
