Room was nice size. Bathroom with glass wall, with 'magic glass' feature to turn opaque at click of a button. Floor and bedding were a bit dusty. No wipe at the bathroom and no shower curtain or shower doors to prevent water going outside the shower area. Rain shower head is nice. Free mini-bar with a small selection. TV had volume issue and picture quality not great. Also, apple TV streamer was not connecting correctly to the network so could not stream video from my phone. Staff was made aware of my gluten intolerance and assisted during breakfast with a special plate made by the chef for me. Infinity pool on the roof is great even though quite small. Location is great, smack in the middle of a touristic area and close to MRT and bus stations as well as Suntec and Raffles shopping mall. Nice stay with a bit of issues as mentioned.
the hotel manager Brandon was really helpful and friendly. the other staff....not so friendly rooms were small and noisy..the doors slamming nearby was a problem the rooms ars abit small
