Room cleanliness is acceptable, surprisingly room is spacious than expected (we booked room for 3 person). Location is very good, just behind NU Sentral mall around 5 mins walking. Check-in process is smooth. The only drawback is the hotel card sensor does not work properly. Have to get them to fix it for us couple of time.
you get what you pay for. not a business class hotel but excellent for its price point.
