Ground floor of hotel beautiful including restaurant, foyer and reception areas. i had booked an executive room but was disappointed with it. I am not sure if the hitel has started an upgrade of itd facilities considering the ground floor areas and lofts wete so nice but the bedroom did not have the same impression. the room suze was good, the room was clean however the carpet , curtains and overall decir if the room wete shabbby but witout the chic. i had booked simil5similar rooms in Amsterdam and Paris whilst on this trip and thete was no comparison to the decor in hotels in both of thesr cities. they were much better quality. I do not like writing bad reviews but I feel if a room us advertisef and sold at executive room prices the decor sho6 reflect this. mo slippets or ribes provided either. Also would suggest exterior of hotel needs painting again. Loved Bruges and would consider staying at jotel again if rooms have had an upgrade.
We where both satisfied with the hotel.
