It was very nice stay. Thanks to the friendly professional staff who made everything so easy for me.
i visited istanbul many times and stayed in Taksim square hotels but this hotel was the nearest to the square and metro station as well , the breakfast was great with variety of items. they have a wierd rule which doesnot allow you to bring your food from outside the hotel and let you sign a paper with this in the check in and i was upset about that because this was not mentioned upon reservation on hotel regulations also on my second day the room service didnt leave me cups as well as minibar items but when i called the reception the staff was very helpful and responsive also the receptionist was very organized . overall it was a nice stay and i recommend this hotel if you are looking for good location.
