guest service is really good despite the fact that the room we booked was somehow mistaken. Food was just so-so and onsen facility was just basic. Hotel was located close to Gora station, however, hike up to the hotel with luggage was a pain in the ass. Definitely recommend to contact the hotel and arrange a pick up from the station whenever possible.
