Bad - We did not like the bathroom - shower was extremely low and lighting was bad and the door was in old and damaged condition. The hotel is very run down and is in need of a complete make over. We had an old analogue t.v. and there was no fan in the room so we relied on the air conditioning which is a waste of power. The pillows smelled and the room also smelled very mouldy. There was limited supply of towels. We had to wait until they were washed before we could get new towels. The meals at the hotel was below average in quality and above average in prices compared to other restaurants we had eaten. We were facing the beach but there was no direct access. Good - the room was spacious and private. The location was in the middle of Kuta so it was very convenient. The pools were a good size.
