Had a little scare 3 weeks prior to my stay. With the booking agency telling me that the rooms were overbooked & needed me to contact the hotel myself to confirm the details. Called the agency, didn’t get an answer. Had to resort to making an international call to the hotel itself to confirm my predicament. Was told that the hotel is overbooked, & they will be moving me to a sister hotel 2 sois away. Cut to the chase, in the end I wasn’t made to move. The hotel rooms were awesome & looked exactly like the pictures provided. Location was the best aspect. A stone’s throw away from the main road, pratunam market just 1 soi away, platinum mall just across the road & lots of food options within the soi itself. Highly recommended to everyone who are in Bangkok to enjoy the food & shopping!
hotel location was good as it was nearby shopping malls. room space was pretty small. room was kept clean by housekeeping.
