We were very happy with the room and amenities, however a few things that did sour it for me. One, there was no information on the hotel and services in the room at all. I went looking for a room service menu because the hotel advertises 24 hr room service and there was no menu and no number to call. The second was the Mantra car park was full, so we parked next door at Wilson's for an additional $35, which we didn't really have a problem with until we tried to access the car park the next day and couldn't get to our car. We weren't informed of anything we had to do or anywhere we had to go or of any operation hours by the Mantra staff to be able to access our car. To get to our car the next day at 10.30 in the morning, we ended up having to walk up two levels of car park through the vehicle access with all of our luggage because none of the lifts would allow us access. There were several other guests who had to do the same as us at the time as well.
