The room was not up too standard. There was an old pizza in the fridge and cigarette butts under the bed ....
Stayed with Friends & Family for a 40th Birthday and received a complimentary bottle of wine! Wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment..
Reception staff are very stand offish - could be a little more open & friendly. We went mainly for the seafood buffet and asked reception about 2 for 1 buffet vouchers. We were told that breakfast buffet was not included in our rate. I then said we were after the seafood buffet vouchers which were in our rate and were told vouchers are in our key card holder. Just a little rude. We did not dine there as when we went into the restaurant the smell of something off was really strong at the seafood buffet. We left and went by the Chinese and the bins must be next to the side door because the same off smell was strong there. However, we had a light breakfast at the café in the morning and it was surprisingly good with the staff member much better than the rest. We have been here a number of times but probably won't stay again as we mainly go for the seafood buffet.
