the hotel was all nice but apparently when i arrived the receptionist told me that my room isnt ready yet and it was around 4pm? ( i get to go into the room an hour+ after that) i find that quite dissapointing as my parents were already feeling tired , im not a rich person so i find it saddening as i paid ($$$) but i couldnt spend that much time in my own room. but overall it was a nice stay (got a little confusing during parking cause we couldnt find the parking for the hotel) . the service was okay , will come again but please upgrade the service for the cleaning of the room!! i know you guys were full house the day before but i've booked earlier so i expect my room should be ready by the time i come. :)))
