Very average Hotel. Staff were poorly trained and slow to react or serve guests. On arrival the concierge could not find my booking, but thankfully and miraculously found it when I showed him the booking note on my laptop. The wi-fi was not set up so I had to ask them again, it obviously hadn't been activated. The shower could not run consistently warm... it was either cold or scolding hot and the bath plug let water drain out far too easily,so filling a bath was a challenge. The room phone was broken...I was called by reception three times but could not hear a word as very crackly line....I don't know what they called me about?!? I replaced an ancient Toblerone that I had eaten from the fridge - it had seen better days and must have been in there for months, as it tasted funny and then they had the nerve to charge me for it when it had been replaced immediately. Won't be returning to this Hotel following the poor service from the reception team. The housekeeping staff were efficient though and helpful when they could be. The entertainment system was good, better than on most airlines.
