If you are using a travel agent to purchase an all inclusive resort and this is where you are staying DO NOT PURCHASE! Travel agents, Mary Cindy & Elize Gonzales, promised me a VIP room with a jacuzzi and the room I got was so outdated, it smells, has plumbing issues, has bed bugs, no jacuzzi, no view, has stains on sofa and pillow cases, and no access to the beach. This resort (I call it a motel) has one pool, one restaurant, and one bar. These travel agents will tell you everything you want to hear and once you purchase the NON REFUNDABLE package you are on your own. The restaurant staff are great, though...I’d give them 5 stars!
