Getting to the hotel from the northbound side of U.S.75/future I-45 requires one to exit the freeway and travel through an intersection, continue down the feeder/service road, which is very dark, curve under the freeway, and then travel south on a feeder road on that side. It was easy enough for me as I am somewhat familiar with the area, but it could be confusing for travelers who are not familiar with the area as the feeder/service road is very dark. There was plenty of well-lighted parking. The hotel is new in relation to most of the hotels in the area. It was very clean and appeared to be well-maintained. I was greeted immediately by the desk clerk; my room was available immediately. The clerk advised me of the weekend breakfast hours, and gave me directions to my room. The room exceeded my expectations as it was a suite. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only thing lacking was a printed TV channel guide identifying the network affiliations of local stations, but the satellite control was easy to use. I was thrilled that the system had FS-1 because I got to watch my Astros ply for the ALCS both nights. The free breakfast provided several options including both hot and cold options.
