This Ryokan looks like Hotel. The reason is staff's suit. There is nice suit men. but. This ryokan is not good. The meal is not taste. Family spa is so far. and there is limit time. Usually, Many people's using time is less than 1 hour. But this ryokan has limit time. So Me and my wife often check the time for leaving. This is very very not good system. One more thing. That was 2 A.M Another room's guests' noise was very big. So I want to ask about this, I went the Desk. But there is no staff. So Me and my wife can't sleep All night.. Okunoyu looks like nice Ryokan. But... I don't like this Ryokan. Maybe Next time I will go to Kurokaga, I will never go again this place.
