small outdated rooms.. outdated system aswell .. location is okay overall experience doesnt reflect 5 stars hotel or resort at all
The pool was great and staff lovely and friendly.
I never imagined such a hotel with such a good location in UAE, everything is nice and cozy specially the beach, I had a feeling that am in SriLanka or Thailand its great for the people who seeks relax and peace...my kids enjoyed the beach, words never express, I will not forget the well trained staff (the Ukranian guy in reception Rositti or rolexsii i dont recall, and the restaurant manager julian ) I know now what is Kempinski, it was my first time with this hotel chain..am a guy who goes to hotels a lot but this one will stay in my memories every time i want to escape from life...
