For a short stay it was perfect.
The close proximity from the airport, and the pick up service, when we arrived at 1130 am our room was ready for us and it was really much appreciated because we were tired and just want to have an early rest, the reception was good and freindly as well. Everything went well until we went into the van the following day between 1030/1100 in the morning and it was so unfortunate that the lady driver was so rude and no manners at all,that really did put a damper on everything, because every time we stay at your hotel every body was just so freindly, I just can not believe this woman, it really is giving your hotel a very bad name. I feel sorry for the other staff who are really working hard to give the visitors a good feeling about the place but not this woman. I just hope that next time we come back to Auckland and stay at your hotel,I don't see her again. Aside from that everybody made us so welcome during our stay. Thank you.
