old, damp & musty. got put in the older part of the hotel. one working power point, bathroom very old, bad smell constantly, front counter staff miserable & rude, fair way from sanur town. would stay here
Was a little worried after seeing other reviews but we had an amazing time here and will definitely be back! We stayed in a superior cottage, which was a little tired and had twin beds so asked if we could change, no problems, and they moved us to another cottage that had been updated and was fantastic. We hired bikes to get to the main hotel but there is a courtesy golf cart if you want to use it. The pool area was a bit tired but still perfectly clean. The beach here is amazing and everyone is super friendly. See you again soon!
The beds were very uncomfortable . didnt enjoy the bteakfast . Staff were very friendly .
