Good and pleasant stay
The room is old, smelly and the electronic appliances did not function well. The carpet on the floor is dirty, stinky and even spotted cockroach in the room. Inside the refrigerator, there was food leftover by previous customer and it is already rotten but did not been clean up. The tissue provided in the bathroom is already used by previous customer with just leftover some pieces of them but did not been replace the new one. Cleanliness here is VERY POOR. Do not think that this hotel fulfill the criteria of 4 stars hotel. Overall Bad experience here.
