Highly, highly recommend this hotel! Room service is amazing, and I woke up every morning and came back at night to a view that was to die for. Unexpected size room, it was much larger than I had expected! The service was amazing, staff were very friendly and quick with response. The only downside I had was the service in the Shatin 18 restaurant, they were quite slow in response and weren't very accommodating. It is quite far from MK or TST, however coming from Australia and wanting to be closer to Tai Po, I really didn't mind travelling 30mins at all. The University train station and taxi stop are also downstairs the hotel. Absolutely loved my stay here as a solo traveller!
