we decided to book this hotel because of its excellent location just in front of the pristine non Nuoc beach. Room was huge and clean and food was great. Facilities wise, they have everything in their premise. Unfortunately serivce fell short since the Manager sent the wrong welcome card (wrong guest name) as well as there was a staff who came into our room without knocking, that gave me a shocked. Since the hotel was packed, the check out was so slow, we stood in the queue for about 20 minutes or so and when we requested a buggy to came into our room there was any!
