called them twice from airport for pick up and took more than 1 hour to send a car. hence, only to terminal 1 no terminal 2! the staffs don't really speak English, no greetings and no apology at all while having the guests waited outside for more than 1 hour. But after a long negotiation, one of the staffs said will take us to terminal 2 in the morning while our flight is at 8 AM and their shuttle to terminal 1 is from 6:30, plus another 30-40 minutes from terminal 1 to 2 from airport shuttle, we won't be able to catch our flight on time. thank God that staff were able to help.
