We booked a double room at the hotel V Fridericksplein, Amsterdam (for 2 people) 5 nights: 10-15 March 2018 Upon arrival, we got a room, very, very little in the basement of the building, with no window and possibility of airing, and they told us that the rest of the rooms are occupied. We stayed in this room in the basement 2 nights, and after many requests, we were transferred, still 3 nights, in another room, upstairs (with the same dimensions, but 2with window), for which I was obliged to pay the hotel an additional price (we received a bill for the suplementar amount paid). The staff at the reception was very kind with us We hope to inform us of any one else's conclusion. Best regards, Family Horer
