Overall a pleasant stay with courteous staff, good food very reasonably priced. The bedrooms were comfortable and cleaned and changed every day too. The food was nice. Half Board meant that your food came with a drink) Included wine) aswell which was a nice touch. The restaurant staff may have been a little more attentive at times. Also, it would be a big plus to have wifi in your room too. Reception area only. The animation were practicing for the next Season's performance dances therefore existing guests had to listen to continuous rehearsal music every night. Although very nice it meant there was no entertainment for the guests staying there at that time in December. This was a little annoying as the songs repeated over and over again. This didn't encourage you to sit in the bar area as a result. Granted, there were few guests there at the time and it was low Season. The reception area was kept immaculately clean and there was a great effort to decorate the hotel for this Christmas period. Staff at Reception were always friendly and professional and the Hotel massage was well worth the visit. Yes a good hotel with top security and comfortable warm rooms.
