great location for Disneysea and less than half the price of the Disney hotels. Great staff. Easy and efficient. Comfy beds. rooms are not large but aqequate and clean and pretty standard for a big city. Air con works well. Compact but well equipped bathroom. No wardrobe or drawers for clothes storage but this seems pretty standard in Japan. Tiny hanging area by the door. Breakfast ok with some hot items. The fresh baked items are the best bet as I thought the standard of the other food was not always great. Perfectly adequate to fill up for a day in the parks though.
