This hotel has been granted 4 stars and, from my experience, it doesn't deserve them. There was no welcome on arrival. In fact I felt as if I was intruding. My room wasn't clean, especially the bathroom. I asked 3 different members of staff to come and fix the television and no one came. The breakfast was mediocre. Having to pay for parking on the hotel's premises was also irritating. And, for a hotel which doesn't allow smoking, there were a lot of people smoking in their rooms. Very disappointing.

Really nice hotel. Amazing breakfast. Slightly out of the city centre, but walkable. Handy for coming and going from the train station, which we did. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back.
