Very disappointed for the money paid to stay. Room needed to be updated with wall paper and ceiling paper falling away. Mould around the shower base and the towels needed to be updated with brand new ones as they where well worn. The star rating system needs to be looked at as its only based on things that are on offer not the quality. Three stars very poor. The owner needs to really go though the property and take a good look at the condition and ask the question would they stay there. I don’t understand the door system where you need ring a bell no matter what time of the day to be let in. The only positive would be the reception staff. Would not stay again sorry. Next time I would only trust a known brand hotel.
