only good thing is its location where is right from the central station maybe I wan’t the only one who wasn’t lucky that I couldn’t check in at 2pm due to their water construction; however, the matter is how those front desk workers respond on to it. I can’t have a hot water not even a warm water to wash (remember it is summer and they didnt let us check in, not annouced or noted before check in). I had called three times and nobody didnt come to the room nor call to follow up. Furthermore, the lady is from the operator was going to give me a manager’s contact to leave this comment at site but, didn’t say a word or memo. I understand they are proud of being 4stars accomodation but I didnt see and felt anything where it is coming from.
